I loved reading James 3:17-18 this morning because these verses proclaim something about wisdom. We read:
“But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.”
I think about living wisely, working and writing wisely, speaking wisely, and relating wisely.
Is it peace-loving work? Is it considerate? Submissive? Is it merciful, fruitful? Impartial? Sincere?
Such wonderful questions to guide life and work! I pray I live wisely.
